Kailey ~ spunky
My husband and I were debating over a number of different names, one of which was Kailey. We went for our ultrasound and the tech kept laughing saying how spunky our baby was, and that she couldn't get any good shots because the baby kept moving and turning all over the place.
That same night, (as the tech confirmed we were having a girl) my husband and I went home and took out the baby name book, and began looking up the meanings of the names we had chosen. For Kailey, it said spunky. We knew right then that was the name for our little one.
