Maddox ~ Irish, son of God
I wanted something Irish to name my son so that he would have a tie to his roots. When looking for a strong name, I came across the name Maddox (said mad-ics not mad-ox), meaning son of God. I thought the name was strong and had meaning so that's what I picked to name my now three month old son.
I gave him a family name when I used Bogart as his middle name.
