Nash ~ Last name as first name, meaning exciting.
When my husband and me found out we were expecting our first child, we were very excited. Right away I knew that it was a little boy; I had that feeling even before the ultrasound was done.
My father is big in the rodeo scene (calf roping). There is a famous roper named Cash Myers. We started saying different names that sounded similar to Cash, and my husband said, "How about Nash?" and everybody loved it. When we're in public and people hear us call for Nash, they say what a cool name is it. Sometimes I have to say it's not after Nash Bridges. Can you imagine if we had twins? The names could have been Cash and Nash (hah).
