Rome ~ From Rome
Anastasia ~ Greek for resurrection
We found out we were pregnant after spending a two week vacation in Italy, which is where our little miracle was conceived. We thought about giving our baby an Italian name, but none sounded right with our last name.
One night when I was listing all the places we had visited, I realized Rome would be an adorable name for our little girl.
When she was born we named her Rome Anastasia. Rome because of where she was conceived and Anastasia because it is a beautiful name with a beautiful meaning.
