Tracey Mallett's pregnancy workout is billed as the 3 in 1 system, and indeed it is. The workout is appropriate for pre-pregnancy, pregnancy and the postpartum period and encompasses three fitness disciplines: Pilates, yoga and weights. Tracey is 28 weeks pregnant in this workout. She does the modifications for the second and third trimesters.
