The entire workout runs about 61 minutes which includes 42 minutes of cardio intervals and toning intervals (walking lunges, triceps dips, pushups, kickboxing, and squats) plus 7 minutes of floor leg work for both the inner and outer thigh, 4 minutes of ab work, and an 8 minute yoga stretch. The DVD workout comes with an audio CD so once the moves are familiar, you can easily take the workout on the road with your baby in tow. In the case of inclement weather or if you prefer exercising inside, Sara provides modifications for doing the workout indoors.

Sara has a very likeable teaching quality. She will keep you motivated with her encouragement and her beautiful strong body will inspire you to stick with the program. This workout is derived from Sara's "Fit Momma" stroller workout classes in San Diego. It has worked for dozens of postpartum moms already!

If you are new to exercising, you will find this workout very challenging. The moves are not difficult, however, but your endurance may, understandably so, be lacking postpartum. It's easy to modify this workout to suit your fitness level so there's no need to be intimidated. Done regularly, you will not only increase your cardiovascular fitness but you'll see nice changes in your body as well.
