One to two months before the party:

_____	Select the invitations

Two to three weeks before the party:

_____	Send your invitations (include directions)
_____	Order cake
_____	Order flowers or balloon bouquets (if applicable)
_____	Purchase the party favors, game prizes, and decorations
_____	Finalize your menu

One week before the party:

_____	Order or gather together the chairs, tables, dishes, utensils, etc.
_____	Make a final guest count. Make phone calls if necessary at this point
_____	Place orders for food if needed (veggie trays, sandwiches, etc.)
_____	Confirm reservations (if applicable)
_____	Buy film for camera
_____	Begin to clean and prepare your house if you are hosting the party
_____	Buy and wrap your gift for the mom-to-be

The day before the party:

_____	Gift wrap any party favors game prizes
_____	Review the games/activities
_____	Begin decorating
_____	Pick up the cake
_____	Purchase beverages/ice
_____	Make street signs if neccessary

The Big Day!

_____	Set out party favors on tables or on separate table
_____	Finish any last decorations
_____	Set out beverages, ice, glasses
_____	Keep a notebook nearby to write down the gifts received. Also, keep a trashbag nearby the opening of the gifts to reduce in the clutter of wrapping paper.
_____	Pick up balloons today
_____	Set up the food on the buffet table
_____	Have a plan on how you will run the party
_____	Greet guests at the door with a smile :-)
_____	Take a deep breath and know that you have done everything to prepare a perfect party for the mom-to-be!
