Tae Bo During Pregnancy

Q. I recently discovered and love Tae Bo. I would like to continue a work-out program while pregnant, but is Tae Bo too much (just doing the beginners work-out)?
A. TaeBo is a very popular and fun way to stay in shape, but it may not be the best way during pregnancy. With your healthcare providers permission, you should be able to continue with the workout until about Week 20. At that point, you may need to switch to something geared more toward pregnancy.
