43. StorkNet Member: I have a "capius" out on my ex-husband who lives out of state for 15,000 dollars of unpaid child support. This was issued several months ago. How long will it take to find him and bring him to court? (I don't really care about the money but would like to bring him back to court... my new husband would like to adopt my son.)
