Morning Sickness Journal
Getting adequate
nutrition and staying healthy during morning sickness may take some strategic
planning on your part. By keeping a journal of your morning sickness symptoms
and day to day activities you can better identify things or situations
that improve or worsen your nausea. Anything from bright lights to food
to activities have been shown to trigger morning sickness in women. Print
out this journal and keep it for several days, at least one week and weekend
day, to help identify things in your routine that may contribute. It may
be helpful to review this journal with your physician to help identify
strategies
to alleviate your nausea.
