EXAMPLE. Below illustrates 4 weeks of an individual exercise journal. With an appropriately colored pen, a box was filled in on each day that Strength Training and/or Flexibility Training occurred. For aerobic exercise, the number of boxes filled in shows how many minutes were done on a particular day.
