Week 20
~ Jamaica!
I am happy to say my 20th week was wonderful! I haven't felt this good since before pregnancy. I can finally say I am completely enjoying my pregnancy. I honestly thought that I wouldn't start to feel like my normal self until after I had Aidan. There is nothing but smiles here. 
Jamaica was incredible! Thank God we stayed at a couples resort. It was spring break for all the college students, and I'm so glad we didn't have to see them partying everywhere. Don't get me wrong, if I wasn't pregnant I would have been right there with them, but since I am pregnant my priorities have changed. It has been really hard for me to adjust my lifestyle. I am so used to Cain and I being able to do whatever whenever we want. I guess I should be used to change by now, but I know more is on the way.
Okay now back to our trip, I got off subject there for a second. I tend to write whatever comes to mind. Jamaica is such a beautiful place. I might not have left if they had an Olive Garden. The majority of the time we laid on the beach, went snorkeling, or just played in the water. I got sunburned the first day, so for the next two days I had to camp out in the shade. But I also had to keep some of my routine, so every night we were in our room asleep by 9. I loved having a vacation where you relax the entire time. The vacations we usually take are extremely active ones, so this was a nice change.
Cain got to feel Aidan kick for the first time! This baby is so energetic. He is constantly moving around, especially after I eat. The only part I don't like about it is when he uses my bladder as a trampoline. Other than that I love being able to feel him. I can't wait until I can start feeling a foot or an elbow! I was reading fun second trimester facts, and it said on your 20th week your baby can recognize their mother's voice! You can imagine how much I talk to him. 
I am so excited for the 20 weeks ahead. This marks the halfway point, and it is flying by. I can't wait to meet Aidan, and see what he looks like. Now it is time to start planning the nursery. See ya'll next week!
