~ Baby Names
Well I'm not sure if any of you follow college football but if you do you've probably now heard of the Boise State Broncos. I am proud to be a Boise State alum, and a huge Bronco fan since I was about 5 years old. My dad dragged me and my 3 brothers to ALL the games, so you really had to be a fan in our house. Anyway, our team played in the Fiesta Bowl on New Year's day and actually won! (They were definitely the underdog). And, not only did they win, but they had such an amazing last minute win that it will go down in history as one of the best games ever. I'm sorry if any of you reading this are Oklahoma fans, tough game for you all.
So, as my family and I were all watching the game, we, of course, were jumping up and down, screaming, and hugging each other when the win took place. Then my husband turned to me and said, "If we have a boy, we're naming him Jared!" (Jared is the first name of the star quarterback, and the player that pretty much won the game for them). So, I agreed and now our boy name is chosen, Jared. Weird way to name a child, but it will be a good story to tell him later on down the road.
If we have a girl, this won't even be an issue, however family members are saying even the girl should be named Jared. I, however, prefer Natalie. So, our names seem to be picked, and we're only into the 12th week! Jared for a boy, and Natalie for a girl. I guess we have plenty of time to figure out the middle names . . .
