Week 30
~ St. Patty's Day!

30 weeksNot a whole lot happened during week 30, other than we celebrated St. Patrick's Day! I'm part Irish so I take full advantage of a holiday like this and try to make it as fun as possible. I started off the day by wearing green of course, and the same went for the kiddos. I picked up some St. Patty's decorated donuts for the office and that got everyone into the spirit. Before I picked up the kids from school I went home and had "Lucky the Leprechaun" mess up both kids' rooms and leave them each a treat. When Ryan got home he went nuts when he saw that the leprechaun had been in his room. He got so excited and talked about it all night. It was so fun seeing his reaction, I'll definitely have "Lucky" come back next year. We then went to my mom's house later in the evening for her corned beef and cabbage, which is one of my favorites! It was so yummy . . . and we finished the night off with some green cupcakes of course. We definitely made it a special day and it was a lot of fun.

St. Patty's DayMy back pain is still hanging around; I think I'm getting more use to it just being a part of daily life. Due to this huge growing belly it's starting to get really hard for me to bend down to pick things up off the floor or get my shoes one. And even getting out of bed in the morning is getting a little difficult. I'm really getting excited to not be pregnant anymore but I know baby girl needs a good 7 or 8 weeks more to be a healthy newborn and I need to just try my best to enjoy these last weeks of pregnancy.

I included some pics of our celebration and of the growing belly.
