~ Speaking of the Devil
Well, I probably no more than clicked send on my email for my last journal entry when I started getting the sniffles. What is up with that?? I guess I should not have said anything. Luckily our whole family does not have this crud. Jeremy and Isabelle seem to have avoided it, thank goodness. Michael on the other hand, has unfortunately had a bit of a rough time with it. Jeremy has been taking wonderful care of us though. It is nice when we all do not get it. I was feeling a bit more on my deathbed on Saturday, but I think that we are perhaps on the mend now. Hopefully it will not hang on for forever. Most importantly, I hope that Jeremy and Isabelle can still avoid it, and that Michael will be back to having full energy again soon.
I've been trying to get all of my lists together of things that need to be completed before baby comes. I definitely am a "list" person. I have to make my lists so that I can make sure I don't forget anything. It is nice to be able to cross things off too and feel like I am actually getting something done. There is a pretty substantial list already of things to do. Nothing is too big, mostly a bunch of little things to take care of. It is nice though to save some things for the end, but not so much that I am really stressed about trying to complete it. Just enough to keep me busy and help the time go by. So, I suppose technically speaking, the nesting bug has set in.
Our little one is doing great. There is lots of movement, and still lots of Braxton Hicks contractions. Our baby's most active time is in the evening when I sit down for a while, and then again when I go to bed. I'm sure that our little one would prefer it if I just walked around all of the time and never sat down.
When Isabelle was little she would almost always have her legs all stretched out, and Michael was much clingier. He would always have his legs tucked up under him, and still does sometimes when he is sleeping. It will be interesting to see how our new little one differs from the other two. I love my kiddos. They are so much fun!!
I hope you have a wonderful week. Until next time . . .
