~ The Happy Dance!
Well, we were able to move into the house out of the trailer. To say I'm a little excited might be an understatement. It has been more than wonderful. We had been using the baby monitor to be able to hear the kiddos, but since it seems it was right at its maximum range, there was static on it sometimes, and it's a little bit hard to sleep with all of that noise. Now, I don't even have to use the monitor. Also, to not have to walk outside every night has been very nice, and I have noticed I don't worry quite as much about drinking too much right before bedtime either. Ahhh, we are doing the happy dance here!
I did have another visit with my doctor this past week too. Once again, we did hear the heartbeat at 158-160 bpm. Also, they said my blood pressure was a little high this time at 142/94. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the fact that we were running late and the low stress life I live. Hopefully next time it will be a little more normal so I won't have something else to worry about. My next visit will be three weeks from this last one, and then I will be down to two weeks for a while. My doctor asked if I wanted to go with four weeks or even it up and come back in three. I am all for more visits to hear that sweet little sound and also it really helps the time go by quicker for me. I will also be doing my glucose test at the next visit, so I got the yummy drink along with the extensive instructions to go with it.
As baby time approaches, I am a little concerned with how Titus will handle not having my full and complete attention. Of all of the kids, he has definitely been the most clingy to me. There are many times where no one else will do, not even Jeremy. For the most part though, we do just make him deal with it when Jeremy has him and he wants to come back to me. Of course, I do love Titus' attention and that he likes for me to hold him, but I'm just wondering how he is going to do when he just can't have me. I'm hoping for a smooth transition, but I guess we will just have to wait and see.
Here is a picture of me at twenty-four weeks along. As you can see we are still progressing right along.
Hope you have a wonderful week!
