Yes, it is indeed HOT here! Of course it's usually hot, but man, pregnancy doesn't help me keep cool, that's for sure. I try not to use the air conditioning any more than we need to, to save on our electric bill. But it's definitely going to be a little more for the next few months, I just can't stand the heat these days.
It's been a pretty fast week. A pretty moody one as well. My mood can change so quickly, and I'm usually annoyed at something or other. Like I told Naren this morning, there are 3 1/2 more months of PMS ahead of me. PMS now stands for Pregnancy Moody Syndrome.
Yesterday I was utterly exhausted. The night before I was so tired I went to bed super early. But I tossed and turned all night and had to pee at least 10 times, so I woke up not rested at all. I was tired and crabby all day and didn't want to do a thing. But in the afternoon we went to a friend's house for dinner and that was just what I needed. It was great getting out of the house and talking to other adults for a while. I've been trying to get together with some friends to see a movie, but the timing hasn't been right yet. Hopefully soon, I need to get out a few more times before baby comes!!
Naren hasn't felt the baby move any more this week, but hopefully it'll be more regular soon. I thought baby's movements would be stronger now, but they are not yet. I feel them more often throughout the day, but not very strong ones yet. Svara is looking forward to feeling the kicks.
This month we are going to try to not eat out much so we can save the money to buy other things. We really need a new digital camera. We have a fancy DSLR one that we bought several years ago, but it's not handy for everyday pics. I love it for my etsy shop, though! But a small digital camera is definitely on the list of things to buy soon.
Not much else is new this week. Naren was pretty busy running errands all week while Svara and I tried to find things to occupy our time. I haven't gotten into much of a homeschooling routine yet. I did start an online Montessori course that comes with a curriculum, so hopefully I'll start practicing more homeschooling in the next few weeks.
Time to have a bedtime snack and go to bed again. Hopefully I'll sleep better tonight, I need a good night's rest!!
