~ Glad to be Back to Normal
Well it's been an interesting week. We managed to survive my week of working - hooray! By the end of it however, Levi had picked up a virus from daycare, Brandon was also sick, and my neck was out. Boy were we a sorry lot! We spent the weekend at home resting and recovering. It wasn't all bad though, it meant that we got to spend a lot of time together, which after such a chaotic week was a blessing. We were all a bit cabin feverish at the end of it though!
We've all recovered nicely now and back to our old routine. Levi is still contagious though, so it means we have to stay away from other kids. My sister, Melissa, has a little boy only two weeks younger than Levi, and they are such good friends, I think Levi is starting to miss him. On an interesting note, Melissa is also pregnant, due to have her baby 3 weeks after us. Bizarre isn't it! It's not something we planned at all, it just happened by coincidence that we both fell pregnant with our first child very close together, and then again with our second. Needless to say we are the butt of a lot of jokes!
I have been feeling very well this week. Apart from the awful headaches I had over the weekend as a result of the pain in my neck. It is something I struggled with in my last pregnancy also. I had to get my neck adjusted numerous times. I was hoping to avoid that this time, but no such luck. I have found that sleeping without a pillow every two to three nights seems to help though.
My stomach is definitely getting bigger. I am already finding it uncomfortable to lie on my tummy, though if I bring one of my legs up to take some of the weight of my stomach, I can still get away with it! It's nice though, at night when I'm lying on my back, my uterus seems to get quite tight and I can feel the bump really noticeably, which I love, I'll often nudge Brandon and wake him up so he can have a feel too, but I don't think he appreciates it as much as I do!
Well that's all from me for this week. Take care and have a wonderful week!
