Entry 4 ~ June 17, 2010
Okay, I am really starting to feel like something is wrong with me now. My baby has slept all night in her crib two or three times in her life, no matter how I try to keep a routine, let her cry, or just let things happen.
What is the secret to getting your now 10 month old baby to sleep in her crib? I am tired of trying to no avail and getting so excited and then having all my efforts dashed by a little girl who wakes up at 2am every single night and again at around 4 or 5.
Am I a bad parent for wanting some sleep? Am I ever going to get to snuggle with my husband again? These are all questions that I would love to have answered but also hate to know the true answers to. Basically I am at the end of my rope when it comes to this issue. Any help that does not involve letting her cry until she pukes is welcome to me.
I am not sure if teething is the reason for all of this or traveling so much that her crib is not comfortable and familiar. I don't know, but if you do, please tell me your secret!!
Until next time . . .
