Weeks 29 & 30 ~ February 6, 2014
~ Stuck in Limbo

Things have been moving right along. Not too much to report. I feel like our life is in a constant stand still lately. We are up in "limbo" in so many areas, that I just have to take things day by day.

Some days I'm so excited for April to get here I can hardly stand it and others I just want time to stand still. We still have not listed our house on the market. Brandon finally talked to the relocation company and we should get the ball rolling on all that within the next two weeks. I honestly do not know what would be better, selling our house right away or holding off until summer some time. I just have to trust and pray that everything will work out in the best way possible. Even though I am truly not sure what that will be.

Colton is doing great post-surgery. He continues to make improvements with his speech, but it takes a lot of patience and working with him. He will continue with speech therapy once a week for at least 6 months.

Baby Luca is doing great as well. I went to the doctor today and everything is right on track. I am now going every 2 weeks for my appointments! It makes it all seem so real. His movements are becoming stronger every day. Brandon and I were lying in bed the other morning and out of nowhere the baby just kicked me so hard Brandon felt it. I love that Brandon can now feel his moves and kicks so frequently. I think the kicks are something I could never get tired of feeling. I always miss feeling those gentle (well sometimes gentle) reminders that my little man is in there growing away!

I did go on a little online shopping spree the other day. I bought Luca an Easter outfit (since I'm hoping he will be here by then). I also bought all my boys matching Valentine's Day shirts for NEXT year. Hopefully I gauged the sizes right. I can't wait to see them all dressed up in matching gear. I also bought Luca a swim outfit for this summer. Being my third boy, I really don't need a whole lot of clothes or supplies for that matter, but I still want him to feel special and have his own stuff.

I also had my gestational diabetes test this doctor's appointment. I should get the results within the next few days. Fingers crossed, I pass.

Until next week!
