So happy to report that my skin is back to normal . . . whew! That was a strange feeling.
The dizziness seems to be gone as well. I guess I just needed to take in more water. Makes sense since we live in such a hot climate. We haven't had a day under 100 degrees in quite awhile.
Nothing too exciting has been happening otherwise. I can tell this baby is getting bigger though. The subtle kicks and jabs I was feeling have now turned into harder ones and at times my belly jumps. It is so hard (not painful though) at times that is startles me and makes me jump too. He seems to be most active at night and it's quite common for me to lie on the couch and watch the show.
At this point, everyone has been able to feel and see him wiggle around. Kaylee seems to get the biggest thrill out of it. Frequently, she'll lie on the couch with me and lay her head on my belly. Next thing you know, she's getting bumped. It's pretty funny actually.
I have another doctor appointment next week. I'm down to every two weeks now and that just makes it all seem that much more real that this baby will be here sooner rather than later. I also finally got the call about my c-section. I am scheduled for September 10th at 2pm! Wow . . . not that far away. I am nervous and excited all rolled into one.
