Well I had an eventful week/weekend. I got into a pretty good contraction pattern, and it wasn't going away. Not really something I want to be doing during week 26. I went and got checked at the hospital. They did an fFN test, and it was negative which was good. But my contractions were still very consistent. They tried the pills that are supposed to help but they didn't work. Luckily, the contractions didn't make me start dilating so I was able to go home. They considered keeping me for a few days, but I was glad they didn't.
I have to do my weekly progesterone shots which are awful; the needle is huge and it stings really bad going in. The doctor wants me to stay down as much as possible so I don't have too many contractions. Not really what I wanted either, especially this early. It was a little scary, but she is still in there so hopefully she will be for awhile.
My boys have been really big helpers so that has been nice. Now just trying to relax will be the main key. That is going to be hard because I have two kids to get ready for school and a lot of stuff to get ready for the baby. I'm sure it will all work itself out though!!
