Week Nineteen
~ Name Game
The baby is moving so much now. I just love it! Last Saturday James was able to feel him/her move too. He's so funny, it's just not real to him until I'm in the hospital hooked up to a monitor!
We've got a girl's name picked, for now. Who knows, we may find something we like better in the next five months. We always keep the names we like a secret. I don't really know why. When I was pregnant with Chaynee, people had so many suggestions that I just started keeping my ideas to myself. Also, everyone is so opinionated! Once the baby is here and named, it's a little late for them to give their 2 cents. My sister-in-law suggested that we tell her the name we liked and then she could help us with the spelling! How pathetic is that? Obviously the way we spelled "Chaynee" bugs her. Maybe it was just a desperate attempt to get us to tell, who knows. We don't have a boy's named picked yet. I asked James if he had thought of any, and he said, "I'll think about it when we get closer." Ha! Ha! I think I mentioned before that he was finishing Chaynee's cradle while I lay on the couch in LABOR! I won't be waiting on him for suggestions! But, we do agree to agree on the name. None of this "you pick if it's a boy, I pick if it's a girl." I would hate to have a child named something I couldn't stand!
Okay, I'm rambling! I'd better give you my toilet paper update! I feel like I've had another growth spurt. I'm wearing some of my maternity clothes, although they are still a little big. But, everything else is too small! Well, I only measured 8 this morning . . . but by this evening, well, you know!
See you next week!
