Week Thirty ~ Hypnotherapy Sessions Oh, I'm running behind this week! I'm so excited about having only 10 weeks left to go! I've got a sudden burst of energy. Not quite the 'nesting' thing, but I'm a bit 'lighter'! ADVERTISEMENT My hypnotherapy is going well. I've had two appointments, but my therapist is taking a class so I'm 'off' for a couple of weeks. Her class is all about labor and hypnotherapy, so she's hoping she may pick up on something new. Fine by me! I'm really excited about the whole idea. I have to 'practice', and I'm not sure I have the ability to totally relax on my own yet. I'll have 2 or 3 more sessions before I deliver; hopefully I'll be a pro at it by then! I had an OB appointment today. I've gained 42 pounds (give or take)! My OB said, "You're all baby!". I was lying down at the time, so she couldn't see my rear end! Anyway, she told me that I was measuring big for my dates. (I don't think I needed a professional to tell me that!) She said it could be the way the baby was laying, but if I continue to measure big I may have another ultrasound. I didn't ask why, but I really doubt I'll have another one. If I do I'm worried we might accidentally see the sex of the baby! My husband said he wouldn't go with me because he would be too tempted to look. I guess I'll just have to stare at the ceiling if it comes down to it! I'll give another toilet paper update next week!
