The big news this week, I feel like poo all day! I wake up in the morning not feeling very well, I do my best to make it through the day and by 5 pm I am pretty much done for. I have been skipping baths for Audrey just because I can't do it. My house is a disaster, our kitchen faucet broke last week and I still haven't had it fixed, there are clothes (clean and dirty) lying all over the house, ugh! I just keep telling myself, a few more weeks and you "should" feel better and then you can worry about it. For now we will overlook the mess.
I have been thinking about getting furniture for the baby's room and what I want. The one thing I know I want to do differently than I did with Audrey is the glider. Audrey's glider doesn't lock into place or recline, and I had a lot of difficulty breastfeeding her in that chair. I actually ended up walking into the living room and using our big leather reclining chair to breastfeed her at night. I would consider doing that again, but when we first had Audrey we were in a rental house that was all on one level. Our house now is a two story, so for me to breastfeed the new baby in the leather recliner I would have to go down a flight of stairs and I am just not sure that I want to carry a newborn baby down a flight of stairs in the middle of the night when I am barely awake. So I have been searching for either a glider that reclines or locks into place. If anyone has used one that they love, I would love to hear about it.
This week my sister is coming home, I am so excited. She lives in New York City. It's so nice that she gets to come home for a whole week; it's going to be a busy week, but a fun week!!
