Jamie has been working on getting our bathrooms remodeled for quite awhile now, and recently laid tile in the master bathroom. Last night he grouted it so I'm only a few days away from a working toilet! At night I've had to get up, leave the bedroom, go into the hall and use the hallway bathroom. This is not as always easy as it sounds in the middle of the night with a full bladder and no light (so I don't wake Jamie up).
This weekend is Amy's baby shower. I'm making her a cake for her shower using a pan in the shape of a stork carrying a baby. I tried to test run it a couple of days ago, but it didn't turn out so well. The cake baked perfectly and I went to flip it out of the pan and managed to flip it straight onto the floor. I cried. I called my husband at work and cried to him. I was sooooo upset! I have managed to calm down since then, though I did get a little teary-eyed while thinking about it again.
While I'm not drop dead tired anymore, my face still looks like it was attacked by a swarm of mosquitoes. I'm still tired, but not to the extent I was before . . . that was awful! So minus the face I've been doing pretty well as far as symptoms. My lower back has had a few aches and I have had a few headaches, but it has been nothing major. I have had a few problems with my IBS acting up and it feels like someone is taking my intestines and twisting them. It has been a huge problem though. Good and bad, I love my pregnancy!
