Week Fourteen ~ The Reality I forgot to mention on my last entry that I got to hear a heartbeat. The nurse told me not to panic if we didn't hear anything at all or only one. It depends on where they are positioned. It was so neat to hear that heart beating so fast and knowing there are actually little ones in there. Seeing the one baby with hiccups last week really brought in the reality of it all. ADVERTISEMENT I'm starting to outgrow some of my clothes. I haven't gained any weight yet. I actually lost nine pounds around week eight and gained seven back before week 10 so I'm still down from my original weight by two pounds. I guess everything is moving around. Now I have this ball that I can feel. It's not noticeable to others yet. I haven't bought any maternity clothes. I've bought a few things with elastic waists in a size larger. That seems to be working well for now. I've ordered some SeaBands for the all day sickness. I'm hoping they work. I'll keep you all posted one way or the other. It's starting to get a little cooler here in Tennessee. We've had temps in the 80's for a while now. Fall is finally here, and it looks like we'll have temps in the 70's for the weekend. I love the Fall. Larry and I will probably try to get out and enjoy the weather. I'm not sure I'm up for going out in the boat just yet. All that rocking will probably not help me feel any better. My next appointment isn't for a few more weeks so I'm looking forward to seeing how much these baby beans will have grown by then. Larry's sister is going to try to do an ultrasound on the 15th of October to see if we can see the sexes. I'll be 16 weeks and 1 day, and it's possible that we'll be able to see what they are if they cooperate and are in the right positions. I think everyone around us is more anxious to know than we are. Hopefully we'll know soon and can put this issue to rest!
