They're HERE! Tracy delivered her twins on March 5, 1999 . . . Jacob Cecil Edmonds March 5, 1999 at 7:08 pm 4 lbs, 13 ozs and Rachel Neely Edmonds March 5, 1999 at 7:19 pm 5 lbs, 7 ozs Rachel and Mommy came home on March 8, and Jacob is in the intermediate nursery at the hospital where he is getting a little extra care. He has a feeding tube and is in an isolette to help keep his body warm. He is doing great and should be joining the rest of his family at home within a week or so.
